* Most handpieces can be repaired in shop. Replacement parts can also be purchased for some hand pieces. When sending in a hand piece for repair, please send note with name, address, phone number, and how you would like that shipped back to you. If you need an estimate or need to know the total for the repair, please note for us to call with this information. CARBIDE BURR / CUTTER SPECIAL ORDER

CARBIDE SPECIAL ORDER *Please note when ordering carbide you will need to know what diameter shank(1/4", 1/8", 3/32", 1.6mm ect.) and length of shank (2 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch, ect), head shape (such as RC, CC, SC in 1/4" or R,C,D,B in 1/8"), and what cut profile (diamond double cut, spiral single cut, or coarse alumni cut), also if ordering a larger diameter head we will need to know that as well, common sizes are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" head diameters.. EXAMPLE: 1/8" D shape Diamond cut with 1/4" head diameter or SC40 Long Alumni cut with 5/8" head diameter. On special order carbide, cost may be more than stock items. Only certain Special Order and Special Edition carbides are kept in stock. Some items of special order carbide may have been overstocked and available. * C.C SPECIALTY CARBIDE RE-SHARP SERVICE *

*C.C. Specialty offers a resharpening and reconditioning for your used carbide cutters. This service usually costs 1/3 to 1/2 of the carbide's purchase cost. This service usually has two to three week turn around time. When sending in carbide for re-sharp service, please send note with name, address phone number and how you would like items shipped for return. If you would like us to call you when carbide arrives for amount total, please put this information with your note. When sending in carbide to C.C. MOTOR and FOOT CONTROL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PARTS

MOTORS *We now have new motors called the TXMC and the SRMC. We prefer motors and foot controls to be sent back to CC Specialty for repairs. When ordering motor replacement parts, please make sure you know which motor you have whether it is the TXMC, or the SRMC motor so we can make sure we have the correct parts. Replacement parts for the HMC(1/4 Horse) motor are limited and will NOT interchange with other motors. We will also need to know which motor you have when ordering replacement foot controls or parts for the foot control. Our motors come with 2 year warranties, and as with all warranties, tampering with the product can and will void the warranty.
